This Patient presented with many bumps on the arm of decent size. Normally this size bump is a lipoma, however a patient with steatocystoma multiplex it’s possible that all these bumps are epithelial lined, sebum filled dermal cysts. I find out in this surgery. We also hit a decent sized bleeder that we stopped as well. Patient will return several times to clear all these bumps on chest and arms. Thanks to my patient for sharing his procedure. MrPopZit.
