The Divo is Bugatti’s first coachbuilt hyper sports car of the 21st century. The limited and extremely high-performance hyper sports car is an absolute must-have for any Bugatti enthusiast’s hyper sports car collection. With its futuristic and ferocious design and its completely different personality and driving performance, Bugatti has created a true masterpiece of automotive craftsmanship that successfully revives Bugatti’s long-standing coachbuilding tradition.
This model carries the name of the famed 1920’s Bugatti “Factory Works'' race car driver, Albert Divo. Bugatti has made extensive changes to the exterior design and chassis setup and the end results speak for themselves: the Divo will lap the Nardo circuit in the South of Italy a whole 8 seconds faster than the Chiron. The Divo makes use of a 1,500 horsepower W16 monstrosity of an engine, which is more than a handful for anyone.
Only 40 examples were ever produced worldwide and said to be 1 of only 8 North American delivered cars. They were offered only to Bugatti’s most exclusive clientele and were sold out in one day. This USA delivered example is highly optioned, well-specced and complete with a specially requested $600,000 USD exposed carbon exterior. It displays two different carbon colors, Titanium Carbon with a Black Carbon accent down the centerline of the Divo. The stunning interior is finished in two colors with the driver’s side finished in Divo Racing Blue and the passenger side in Divo Grey that are split with an elegant illuminated center console. The headrests are embroidered with the famous Bugatti Dancing Elephant logo which was another $6,000 USD option. The wheels are finished in the matching Titanium Grey/Diamond Cut complemented by EB logo center caps in Divo Racing Blue. This is one the most striking specs of any Divo, it looks menacing and elegant all at the same time.
