Disaster after disaster, going on site to install an ideal combi boiler and it doesn't go well.

Derek goes on site with his son Tom to install an ideal Atlantic combination boiler. From the very start the job turns into a disaster with Toms van breaking down again, then a gas leak on the job and finally it started snowing. It will be a long time before Derek ventures out of the training centre again.
