I’ve always been interested in true crimes every since I was very young. I would always watch forensic files, True Crime, Unsolved Mysteries Snapped. Etc. If I watch tv that is what I watch. I believe it’s time I listen to myself, family, and friends and begin at what I’m really passionate about, and report my findings to the world. Then in March 5 1996 it happened to my family my cousins husband left to his sisters and never returned. it is still a cold case today no leads only speculations. My cousin died 2 years ago never knowing what actually what happened to her high school sweetheart, husband, and the father of her children.

James Herbert Brick, of North Carolina, was arrested on November 4th 2021. Investigators found a phone in Brick’s possession which portrayed the girl in a sexual manner. He’s been charged with unlawful imprisonment, possession of a matter of sex performance by a minor and has been booked into the Laurel County correctional center

There is an open investigation on Eckerd Connects was paid $80 million by the state this year to provide safe and loving foster homes for Pinellas and Pasco County children taken from their parents because they had been abused or neglected.

But Pinellas Sheriff Bob Gualtieri said they were no safer in the care of Eckerd Connects.

Some children in its care ended up sleeping in unlicensed offices in what Gualtieri described as “disgusting and deplorable” conditions. Recent accidents and incidents raised alarms about the level of care and supervision at the makeshift accommodation, he said.

One child was hospitalized last week after falling off a ladder and cutting open his stomach while trying to climb onto the roof, according to the sheriff. He said one child ended up in the hospital after overdosing on another child’s medication.
