Health, life, hospital time - It’s Movember! Flying blind with considerable unknown health issues

In this vid I am providing a brief update on what’s happening for me lately, and it’s not pretty. The kicker is a major health issue at the moment with unknown direction (although it is declining - since recording this video I am now in hospital).
