The first thing you probably think about when you hear the word diabetes is what foods you should avoid. The fact is, you have to eat differently to control this problem. So you see, diabetes is a serious problem, but it can be cured. It's a matter of learning how to eat properly. Learn to avoid processed foods and eat more natural foods. Exercise daily to burn off the excess sugar in your blood. There is no reason you shouldn't be able to lose weight, lower your blood sugar, lose belly fat, and even cure diabetes. This is the goal for all diabetics. In the process you will find out what foods you really like eating and eliminating certain foods from your diet.
