Past And Future Prophetic Events Concerning Israel.
In Matthew 24, Jesus prophesied that Jews living in Judea would have to flee for their lives before the Battle of Armageddon. This prophecy seemed absolutely impossible before 1948. There were no Jews in Judea. The Jordanians had driven them all out till the jews occupied the area during Israel’s 1948 War of Independence. However, when Jordan attacked Israel in 1967, Israel counterattacked, driving Jordan back across the Jordan River into her own land. From 1967 until today, almost 7 million Jews have moved into Israel. We can better understand the future events of the nation Israel by understanding their past and future events concerning them as presented in our text. We have 4 events….
1.The beginning of Israel.
2. The birth of Jesus.
3. Satan’s attack.
4. Israel fleeing.
