Justin Bieber takes a trip to Runyon Canyon to blow off some steam and is hit with a bit of bad luck. While out on the trail, the pop superstar receives a parking ticket after leaving his Lamborghini in a no parking zone! Our videographer did his best to save Justin from the ticket, pleading with the parking enforcement office but to no avail!
