Destroyed Hoarder House Trash Out Complete and The Seller Won't Agree on the Post Occupancy Amount!

This is the crazy hoarder house that I bought that I probably should not have bought and where the seller did not move out after his post-occupancy agreement was up. It is a mess and needs a ton of work! He is also giving me a little bit of trouble on the escrow money held by the title company!
