Ushiro Mawashi Geri | How to Spinning Hook Kick CORRECTLY

Short tutorial with some key points that I see many people are missing, both when demonstrating this kick (Ushiro Mawashi Geri) on YouTube, but also in practice.

This kick is present in many martial arts including Karate, Taekwondo, Kung Fu etc. What I'm demonstrating here is the Kyokushin Karate variant.

This technique is viable in all sorts of striking contexts and martial arts, including Karate, Taekwondo, MMA, Kickboxing and Muay Thai.
