4 Cloves Garlic
1 Jalapeno
2 Tbs Gochujang
1 Cup White Wine
2 Tbs Mirin
Chopped Cilalntro (your choice)
Rice:
1 Cup Short Grain Rice (Nishiki used)
1 1/4 Cup Water
1 tsp Salt
Cucumber and Beni Shoga for added texture and flavor
