Prime Time With Ravish Kumar - October 22, 2021: In the month of September, three tonnes of drugs worth nearly Rs 20,000 crore was siezed from a Gujarat port. However, the media focus on Aryan Khan, the son of Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan is relatively much higher. According to a special court in Mumbai, six grams of 'charas' was found hidden in his friend Arbaaz Merchant's shoe, and it seemed Aryan Khan knew about it. On today's show, Ravish Kumar speaks to Dr. Faizan Mustafa, Vice-Chancellor of NALSAR University of Law, regarding the Aryan Khan case and what construes as "conscious possession" of drugs. The court had observed that "since Aryan Khan knew about the 'charas' in Merchant's shoe, it can be said that it was in conscious possession of both the accused". (Audio in Hindi)
