On October 13th, an article published in Germany (link to Google translation below) relates that Herbert Diess, CEO of Volkswagen, surprised his board of directors with employment games that reveal VW could lose up to 1/4 of all their employees to Tesla's new Giga Berlin, and to the transition to EVs by 2030! The board, rather than take this seriously, has apparently asked for him to return with better projections! Talk about rearranging the deck chairs on the Titanic, as VW's giant ship runs into the giant ICE (Internal Combustion Engine) berg that is coming right at them. But are even Diess's projections too optimistic? Let's take a look!
