Morning Bill, (heading in a new direction) Dear Bill, Pat here, I wrote in several weeks ago describing my situation with pain. I signed up for newsletter and have been sending in progress reports. Ive actually been watching your youtube videos for 3 months. I have gone from a pain level 20 down to a 2 or better at times. Amazing results so fast just by seeking comfort for my pain. Question is what do I do now that my pain is greatly reduced? I am drinking original gator aide, eating well, trying to remember to breath, my mindset and lifestyle are comfort driven, I am trying not to self-sabotage, please find below a list of my supplements. Hubby says that I am a whole new person but that I am definitely not ready for stretches or exercises. Tho greatly improved I still have ups and downs with low level pain in my lower back, hips, thighs and knees. As you well know I am almost 66 and have severe osteoarthritis with many other complications including diminished vision. Do you have any suggestions or questions for me regarding my pain situation? I am confused as what to do now that I am feeling so much better but not quite ready for the next step. Hope to hear from you live stream. Please feel free to discuss my situation maybe it will help someone else. Many regards, thank you so very much for all your helpPat FYI: supplements daily, olive leaf complex liquid 1 tbs, one 81mg aspirin, 600mg turmeric with 975mg bromelain + 165mg Boswellia, vit D2 50mcg, supplements every other day, lutein w/antioxidants, co Q 10 100mg, supplements rotated in, magnesium 250mg, zinc 50mg, potassium gluconate 595mg, flax seed capsules 1000mg( I look forward to your videos, not sure what to ask, not sure what I should be doing at this stage, if you have any questions just ask, have a great daypat)
