With a net worth of more than $210 billion as of 2021, Jeff Bezos is the richest man on earth. Bezos is wealthier than any other person on this planet since the Forbes 400 list was created for the very first time in 1982. He is the founder and now the executive chair of Amazon, which is not only an e-commerce behemoth but also one of the Big Five I.T. companies in the United States.

Bezos was a tech visionary ever since he was a child as he once told his schoolteachers that “the future of mankind is not on this planet.” In 1990, Bezos joined the New York investment bank named D.E. Shaw & Co. and soon after became the firm’s youngest senior vice president.
However, he quit his job in 1994 when he realized that internet was growing at an astonishing annual rate of 2300%. As a result, he launched a virtual bookstore with a handful of employees from his garage in Seattle.
