Zucchini Bread Recipe (makes 2 loaves) ⬇️
(oven to 350°)
2 cups shredded Zucchini, do not squeeze out
water
3 eggs
1-3/4 cups granulated sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups all purpose flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
