As an adjunct faculty member, it can be hard to keep organized. It can be even harder to understand the terms of your faculty contract, where to go when you need help, or what to do in the instance of a disciplinary notice. This workshop, brought to you by SCFT 1533 and in collaboration with members of the New Employee Equity Academy team, is aimed at better informing and supporting adjunct faculty of their roles and rights at FCC. We know the landscape is always changing (especially in the past year), and we aim to keep all our faculty, especially our part-time faculty, aware of institutional practices and procedures.
