鮮奶椰汁桃膠(4人份量)
材料:
桃膠2湯匙
鮮奶
椰漿
程序:
1. 桃膠,放入一個有蓋玻璃器皿,加入水溫80度的滾水,冚蓋浸2小時。
2. 鮮奶及椰漿,先冷凍。
3. 桃膠已浸了差不多2小時,要不斷搖晃器皿,雜質就會自動分離,擎乾水,清水沖洗幾次,逐粒檢查。
4. 大火在煲內煲滾1煲水,加入桃膠,大火滾3分鐘,冚蓋,熄火,焗15分鐘,擎乾水。要即時食用的話,浸冰水降溫,擎乾水。
5. 在杯內加入適量的桃膠,再加入鮮奶及椰漿。
6. 完成,可享用。

Fresh milk
Coconut milk
Steps:
1. Peach gum, put in a glass container, add in 80 C boiled~up water. Cover it up for 2 hours.
2. Fresh milk and coconut milk, put in refrigerator.
3. Peach gum has been soaked almost 2 hours, shake it continuously. The impurities will be fallen off. Drain. Rinse several times. Check them one by one.
4. Heat up a pot of water at high flame. Add in peach gum. Boil at high flame for 3 minutes. Cover up the pot. Turn off fire. Leave it for 15 minutes. Drain. If you want to consume it at once, soak it in iced water, drain.
5. Put appropriate amount of the peach gum in a glass. Add in fresh milk and coconut milk.
6. Complete. Serve.
