
INGREDIENTS
450g (1 lb) ground turkey
2 cloves garlic
12ml (1 tbsp) olive oil
450g ricotta cheese
1 egg
Marinara sauce
4 zucchini
100g (½ cup) parmesan
300g mozzarella cheese
4g (1 tsp) salt
4g (1 tsp) pepper
Rosemary
Basil
Thyme
METHOD
Brown turkey in a pan.
Cut the zucchini into strips and add salt. add ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan, pepper, garlic, rosemary, thyme, basil and egg to the mixing bowl. Mix well.
Add the turkey and mix everything together.
Put the resulting mixture on the strips of zucchini and roll.
Pour the sauce into the baking dish, and then arrange the rolls on it.
Put the sauce on the rolls, sprinkle with mozzarella and parmesan.
Bake at 360°F/180°C for 30 minutes. Serve.
