Neinghbouring countries raise concerns on how SA is handling violence and the unrest

Following the recent weeklong riots in South Africa, neighbouring countries have raised their concerns about the county’s handling of the situation. Namibia’s official opposition party has expressed its support and well wishes for South Africa during this time, and urged the government to deal with the issues swiftly, without falling short of expressing concerns of some of the possible issues that may emanate from the events, such as the occurrence of opportunistic Xenophobic attacks to nationals living in South Africa.

Namibia’s official opposition party, PDM’s member of Parliament youth league representative for International relations, Honorouble Inna Hengari, weighs in.
