It uses muscles in a very effective way to help keep you strong.

But there are other quality of life benefits that are not discussed in the article. Consider the benefits of being able to get on the floor and play with your grandchildren. Or the aspect of functional fitness and being able to take care of yourself longer in your own home.

Check out the demo on how to do this and no, ladies and gents, I did not say we all had to look graceful getting up and down off the floor....we just have to be able to do it. If you can't and want to work on this, try leaning against a sofa (that won't move on you) and use it to help you until you get strong enough that you don't need it. Remember our goal is to be the healthiest version of ourselves possible and to live one Kick-Ass life!
