#682 Macbook A1708, will not power on after battery ran out of charge

Macbook A1708 with an 820-00875 board ( not more common newer 820-00840 ) comes in after ceasing to charge and only showing 5V 50mA on USB C input and no real apparent signs of liquid damage on the board.
